Prescription at the Clinic

During the weekend, happened to visit my family doctor at his clinic. He used to be calm & positive in his approach, being the special qualities required for a physician. After getting some pep talk from him, when I came out .....the display card near his reception area struck me.



Perfect course



I was glad that I am following several of them already, which are making the relationship with peers & relatives better..... Anyhow, need to adopt those missing one or two regularly.
