Victims, but still Exotic

I got this pic recently, claiming that this 'island tree' is located in one of the Tsunami hit Andaman & Nicobar islands. Not sure about the authenticity of the info. But when I got it, I recollected my memory of visiting another Tsunami hit island, few years back.

That's nothing but the 'Phi-Phi Island' in Phuket. They call it as 'Jamesbond Island' also. You know, why? It seems the Jamesbond movie 'The man with the Golden Gun' starts on this. Does anyone recall from your cine brain? I have never seen that movie, so I cannot vet it. This island features in few tamil movie songs (!!) as well. Vikraman's 'Unnai Ninaithu' (Surya-Sneha) and Sarath's recent 'Chatrapathi' are those.. Do you recall?

Nobody can climb on this. This is just a showpiece. When Tsunami hit this tiny island, more tourists were stranded on the nearby land (from where I shot this pic) for more no. of hours till the rescue team reached the place. If the tragedy which struck this place in Dec-04, had preponed its trip few years back .....(again in Dec), I would not have joined this blogging club (!!). Otherwise, if I need to talk it out positively, I might have posted more positive things about life.

Recently I heard thru my travel agent friends, that they are back into business aggressively .

Life goes on... So, pl. enjoy the day-week-month-years-'on the whole' Life ahead. Pl. don't get depressed about the incidents of last few days / weeks. Past is past. Let us go ahead together positively.
